Ingredients:

1 whole Zinn Farms egg

2 egg yolks

2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice

2 tsp Dijon mustard

½ tsp salt

1 ½ cups oil (olive, coconut, or avocado)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the oil with a food processor or immersion blender.

Continue to mix other ingredients while very slowly pouring in the oil.
